Mike Cannivet, President,  brings over 35 years of experience in the construction trade industry to every job we do. 

 

Beginning as a highly skilled union carpenter in the midwest, he quickly escalated as an entrepreneur into various aspects of the home construction process.

 

As a General Contractor, he specialized in the field as a true "castle builder", overseeing multiple upscale projects including homes in excess of 16,000 sq. ft. in Chicago, IL and Boca Raton, FL. Known as a superb master craftsman and leader with an eye for quality, he also ran his own carpentry crew to ensure the highest level of workmanship on all job-sites.

 

Eventually he opened Pro-Trim Millwork, a retail operation for manufacturing of custom-designed millwork products for homeowners and high-profile builders in the Chicago area. As a supplier of unique moldings and high-end architectural millwork, Pro-Trim Millwork eventually expanded into designing, building and installing millwork, custom fireplace mantels, bookcases, and more. From concept to completion, all projects were managed with the highest level of quality and according to customer requirements, construction timetables and budget specifications.

 

In 2001, Mr. Cannivet moved his family and the company to Naples, FL. where he continues to employ his high standards and years of experience in order to bring his customers the finest in products and service.
